Expect manufacturers flaws. I am not responsible for manufacturer's flaws. All modern doll lines have them. I have yet to find a rainbow high doll that is perfect. I make no guarantee on the condition of the packaging. Most of them start out with flaws and will end with more flaws after shipping. If you are looking to take her out of the box then this is a good doll for you. If you are collector and want to display her in the box, this is NOT the doll for you.
