Delivery

Coast Rugs provide free delivery to all UK addresses. We aim to dispatch your item to you as fast as possible and sooner than ebay estimates if we can. If an item is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Returns

Unwanted items: we will refund items returned within 28 days. Please package the items securely in the packaging that they arrived in. Items remain the buyers responsibility until they arrive safely, in a saleable condition at our returns dept. We would recommend using a courier that offers a tracking service. Once received and checked we will process a refund for the item through ebay.

Faulty items: please contact us if the goods arrive faulty and we will arrange a courier to collect the item from you and deliver a replacement item if required. If a replacement is not required, then we will refund your item and postage when it is received.
