The Game is Brand New and still factory sealed.

This copy came directly from the Nintendo of Canada Ebay auctions many years ago along with some other unique finds such as the sealed Clayyfighter Sculptor's Cut, and sealed Black Box Final Fight Guy.

I purchased it from Brian's Toys who won it from the ebay auctions and submitted it to VGA around the time they started grading video games.
