Buyers who abuse EBay's Buyer Protection
Program will be reported. Small flaws, wrong
fit, dissatisfaction with the product, buyer's remorse, buying a lot just to
keep one item, are not a reason to mark "item not as described" or
"item damaged" to receive a free return, and will be reported to
EBay for abuse of policy. Sending back a different item, destroyed item or an
empty box is fraud and I will use all legal means necessary to recoup losses
and will work with authorities to find you. Please be sure you truly want
the item and understand that there is a risk with buying used or new old stock
items. I am a very honest seller and truly want you to be happy and will answer
any/all questions and provide additional photos if you just ask. I am happy to
work with you if you truly don't want the item, but I am a small seller who
finds, photographs, describes, packs, answers honestly about each and every
item that I find. I am not a big box seller selling one item. Having to pay to
ship both ways often results in me losing money as shipping is quite expensive.

for both buyers and sellers.

Buyer Insurance Responsibilities: I pay to insure almost all packages to
cover losses when something is lost or broken. Most of the time the Postal
Service, UPS, and Fed Ex will require the buyer to present the item and
packaging for inspection. By purchasing this item, you are agreeing to work
through the insurance process prior to being refunded. This includes
photographing damage so that I can start the claim, keeping all shipping
materials until insurance claim is decided, and going to your local branch to
present the shipping materials and item if requested. Please understand that I
have no way of being reimbursed for the shipping accident if these items are
not done. If you are unwilling/unable to assist in this process, please do not
purchase this item. If you do purchase this item, you are agreeing to work with
me to follow through with the insurance claim.

- Please enlarge all pictures
for best description of item. If it is not pictured, it is not
included. I am happy to send additional pictures at buyer's
request. Please reach out through eBay's messaging system prior to
purchase. Please do not assume. I am an honest seller who communicates
quickly. I want you to be happy with your purchase and will never
intentionally try to hide something.
- Although I research the items
I list and try my best to create a concise clear listings, I may miss
something or make a mistake. If it is not clear within the
listing or pictures, please ask prior to purchase. I make my best attempt
to answer all questions promptly and honestly.
- Please understand that unless
the item is marked brand new, it has been used and will show signs of
this. This could include minor scuffing, tiny nicks, minor-moderate signs
of wear, minor paint loss etc. Any obvious flaws are listed, but minor
flaws may not be noted. Even with brand new, vintage items, there may be
flaws. If condition is very important to you, please
reach out and I would be happy to take a closer look. Please do not
purchase until all of your concerns/questions have been answered. My
condition assessment criteria may be different than yours.
- The history of most of the
items I sell are unknown. If I have any history, I will try to
note it. Although I strive to buy only items from smoke free environments,
and my home is smoke free, clean and organized, items may have previously
been exposed to smoke. If I can smell smoke, I will make it very clear that it
has a smoke odor. Please note that items may have an odor of some kind
(like storage, light perfume, smoke I truly can't detect, etc.) and I may
not disclose this under item notes. If I can smell an odor/fragrance from
the item when I am inspecting, cleaning and photographing, I will mention
it but since noses have varying sensitivities, please understand that
there may be an odor. If you are sensitive or have allergies, please reach
out for me to do a more thorough smell test, or refrain from
buying items from my store. Thank you.
- My home is pet friendly and a
few stray hairs may find their way on to your item. I do a general wipe
down of all items; however, most times a deeper cleaning may be
needed. Please understand you are buying a used item that may have been
stored for quite some time.
- I can only combine shipping
if you request an invoice prior to payment. I am not able to refund after
the fact. If you would like to buy more than one item, reach
out and I would be happy to give you an estimate prior to
purchase. You are agreeing to the cost of shipping when you purchase
the item. It is against Ebay's policy to ask for a discount after you have
agreed to purchase. If shipping looks to be obnoxiously high, please reach
out prior to committing to buy and I will check.
