Stamp from a semi-postal set to raise funds for Hitler's Winter Relief charity (Winterhilfswerk).

The theme for the set was landscapes and alpine flowers in "Ostmark" (the Nazis' new name for Austria after its absorption into the Reich).

Stamp depicts:

Monument to Prince Eugene in Vienna, wild rose (Rosa canina).

Prince Eugene was a field marshal in the army of the Holy Roman Empire and of the Austrian Habsburg dynasty during the 17th and 18th centuries.
