Balfour retractor set dimension is 4" (10.2cm) overall spreading length. 7" (17.8cm) overall spreading length and 10" (25.4cm) overall spreading length with fenestrated side blades 2.5″(6.3cm) deep and solid center blade 3.25″ (8.3cm) x 1.75″ (4.4cm) deep standard size blade. Balfour retractor have two fenestrated wire end blades with one center solid standard blade and adjustable blade screw. It comes with special wire blades to retract delicate tissues.
