Oregon Almanac Rare 1912 Edition Homeseekers Settlers Investors Early Maps

This is for an original, authentic softcover Oregon Almanac from 1912. It measures 5 3/4" x 8 1/2" with 144 pages. We have seen some early editions for sale, none have been as early as this one, try finding one!! It is in good/acceptable condition, papers have aged brown and become fragile with some tears, covers have some wear and tears, inner pages have some creasing and tears but for most part very clean. Has a library stamp on cover, didn't see any other library marks. Published in 1912 by Willis and Dunway.
