Binding is intact and tight. Very light normal shelf wear, and no creases. No writing or tears on pages, however they are browning from age. There is a bookstore stamp on inside front cover. A small tear on front cover. And there is some kind of discoloring on the bottom of binding. It goes all the way through the book, however, it is in the bottom corner of front and back cover, and bottom of spine. It does not affect any letters inside.
