This pendant is an anatomical pendant of lungs with hand stitching over a "wound." It is handmade by me and has my signature (initials) stamped on the back. Some of my pieces are only made one, but even if I make more than one there are never any that are exactly alike. I never cast anything so there are always slight differences. This has been one of the most popular pieces that I have made over the years. People can take their own meaning from it. Some people have bought this because they have asthma or other lung disorder, or know someone who does. It makes a great gift for a respiratory therapist!. **Your piece may not look exactly as the one in the picture since they are all handmade and each has variations.**
This is made of 20g. sterling silver (.925) and measures approximately 1-1/8" long (including the jump ring that it hangs from) and about 5/8" wide. As with any silver, it may tarnish over time, but you can slow that process greatly by keeping it sealed in an airtight container or bag (like the one it comes in) when you're not wearing it.
Shipping will be $6.50 to the US. International shipping is possible, but is insanely expensive so that's why I don't have it listed as an option. If interested in that, please message me with your location.
