The item condition choices drop from Like New to Very Good, I'd say it's just a pinch below Like New.  I don't have a Laserdisc player but a visual inspection revealed a tiny area of almost invisible rub marks to the a-side (at certain angles these vanish) and if a CD playback is any indication of the impact of such marks, this LD will not have any problems.  The B-side is looks perfect.   

The sleeve is about a close to perfect as can be less a small area of adhesive (directly to the left of the Y in Carey) which I attempted to capture in the pictures. Also I was unable to slide the OBI. 

Disc will be mailed in a cardboard mailer between cardboard with bubble wrap.  If you have any questions please let me know and thanks for looking!
