Shipping is free on all orders shipped within Australia.
We ship our products during Australian business days, and this is subject to the relevant gazetted holidays.
We advise that you allow 3 - 7 business days for deliveries within Australian Metro areas (major cities and surrounding suburbs).
For regional areas allow 3 -10 business days
We accept returns for unused items where you have a change of mind within 30 Days after you receive the item. The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs for these returns.
You can also return items where the product is not of an of acceptable quality or doesn’t match the description.
Items must be in their original packaging and be complete with any accessories, manuals and cords etc that were shipped with the original item, unless you have discussed the matter with us, and we have advised you otherwise.
We will endeavour to provide you with a replacement product, subject to stock availability at our suppliers, otherwise you will be provided with a refund where this is not possible.
