RETURNS & REFUNDS

• Please Choose your Jewellery, Style and Size carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind due to health and hygienic reasons or make a wrong selection.
• You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don't do what they are supposed to.
• We DO NOT accept returns for exchange or change of mind 

POSTAGE

• We use Australia post Tracked & Untracked postage depending on which option buyer choose.

PAYMENT

• Must be paid immediately after purchase.

Our jewelleries are new, never worn and need to be sterilized prior to use.

• Rinse, Clean & Dry using Antibacterial soap.
• Infections can & have been traced back to water, disinfectant & soap residue.
• DO NOT use Alcohol wipes or sprays which may cause damages to your jewellery.
• Use only on healed skin.
• Take care with Anodized Titanium or Gold plated jewelleries in pools, spas or potential contact with any chemicals even shampoo, sweat & saliva, as these will cause the jewellery to lose colour and lustre.
• Regularly clean your jewellery and piercing.

We (Obemine) are a body jewellery retailer and we are not a professional piercer to offer any piercing advice.

There is much discussion on what's the right way to wear/clean your body jewellery. We DO NOT accept responsibility for the risks inherent with body piercing and the use of our body jewellery.

Our customers must accept/agree the responsibly of the health risk associated with our body jewellery and not to file law suite against Obemine for damages or injuries may occur.
