We  photograph every item before shipping for us to keep on file including cards being offered. This process is to ensure if anything needs to be returned for any reason, it can be verified as the same item originally shipped out.

Pictures posted are considered the majority of the description. We try to photograph any flaws that are present and note in description.

We leave feedback after the end of the transaction when you leave yours.  We consider your feedback to be the confirmation that all is well, and there are no issues. We do not consider the transaction to be over until we receive feedback from the buyer confirming the item arrived safely and they are satisfied. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us before leaving anything but positive feedback. In the doubtful event a problem should arise, a simple message can clear things up quickly and easily.

We usually photograph and note any flaws but in case we miss some, vintage toys and other items may have wear, yellowing, or minor flaws due to age.

Also, packages are usually shipped within 24 hours. Our buildings are in a rural area and sometimes it may take a bit longer for shipping. However we will do what it takes to ship items as fast as possible.
