You are looking at a "GREEN VELVET BEADED PURSE HANDBAG 8-1/4" BY 7-1/2" VINTAGE EVENING BAG" The bag measures 8-1/4" tall not including the bottom fringe and 7-1/2" wide at the widest point. The cord handle measures about 10" from top to top of purse (when carried) I do not see any tags or markings on it, it might be handmade - I am not sure. One of the bead fringe on the bottom is stretched? a bit longer than the others (you can see this in the photos) Overall, it is in nice shape.
