Antique 19th Century Mameluke Sword Scabbard. I would date this from the early 19th Century. It measures 79cm x 3.5cm (36mm). It weighs 370 grammes.  It is 32mm x 8mm internally at the throat. Rusty and pitted. Needs a good clean. Some heavy dings near the base. Suitable for restoration.
