How to start a car with a completely dead battery?
Select the correct button (12V/24V) on the jump starter based on your car battery voltage.
The display will show "12VJUMP START READY" for 12V and "24VJUMP START READY" for 24V.
If the display shows something else or nothing at all, disconnect the positive car battery cable, clamp the positive and negative ends of the car cable, and long-press the "12V" or "24V" button for 3 seconds.
The correct information will appear on the display.
Reconnect the car battery and try starting the car again.Make sure the selected button matches the car voltage.

NOTE: When you can't start the car (no jump start response), please followthe steps as below:
1.please check whether the battery clip is connected to the car batterypositive and negative pole, such as connection error, the productdoesn't to supply power to the car battery , please confirm theconnection is correct, and then try to start again.
2, lf clamps connected is correct, but still can't start the car, pleasecheck the car battery if it is completely damaged (no voltage or lowvoltage), If it is completely damaged, please correctly choosecorresponding keys, according to the vehicle battery voltage.
When jump start 12V Car , the host displays "12V jump start ready"you can start the car directly. if it shows "12V", no any display orothers on the LCD display, please disconnect the car connection wirefrom the positive terminal of car battery, then use the clamps to clip onthe positive and negative of car connection wire, and press "12V"but-ton 3 seconds to start, the host displays will shows "12V jump startready", then you can connect the car battery and start the car again.
