All of the above identifying parameters contribute to the exact identification of your vehicle for the correct supply of spare parts and accessories. ROOF RACK FITTING KITS  are a particularly vehicle specific   accessory and rely on the correct identification of your vehicle TO ENSURE the correct roof rack fitment – we cannot do this for you!

3. We do not accept any responsibility for your incorrect selection of our products.  If you are unsure if the ROOF RACK FITTING KIT you wish to purchase may be the correct one for your vehicle or have any questions in that regard, email us with most or all of the above specifications and if possible some front, side and rear photos of your vehicle SO we can ensure that you are sent the correct fitting roof rack for your exact model.  We will ship you the rack that you purchase EXACTLY as per THIS listing and the accompanying item description and photos. – we do not accept any liability or loss in regards to you purchasing a roof rack that is unsuitable for your needs or the wrong roof rack for your vehicle.

Please be AWARE that Roof racks like many automotive accessories require a certain level of mechanical and practical skill for a secure, precise and safe installation.

4. Terms & Conditions of Sale:

Successful winning bidder (buyer) must either pay in full or contact seller within 48 hours to advise payment option. Payment must be made in full including delivery charges if applicable or item picked up COD within 3 days of closing of auction.  Buyer must contact seller in the event that any of these T & C’s presents a problem. A NON-PAYMENT CASE will be opened with eBay  after 3 days if payment has not been received.  PAY PAL is our preferred payment choice:

5. PLEASE NOTE: If this item is listed as Brand New the seller does not offer any warranty either express or implied if a new product warranty is offered by the manufacturer. Inspection is invited at anytime prior to the closing of the auction by arrangement with seller. Many of the items we sell are Ex-Display, end of line, superseded models, obsolete, liquidated, close-out, dealer clearance or receiver appointed sale items at a significantly discounted price. Please ask all questions prior to the closing of the sale.

6. The seller offers NO warranty, exchange, credit, replacement or refund, other than those prescribed by NSW Statute or Consumer Law of NSW unless otherwise stated. Some new items may be covered by the Manufacturers statutory Warranty – if unsure please check before bidding. A Manufacturers Warranty Registration card will be included with

item if applicable or online Warranty registration details provided.

7. We use “Couriers Please”  and Australia Post-  Australia wide delivery network to deliver our sale items. A signature is required (Couriers Please) upon receipt unless you have opted for the “leave without signature” delivery option, in which case once the item is left at your designated address by the courier and signed of in his scanner (GPS verified) any liability or risk on our part or Couriers Please ceases. This option MUST BE NOMINATED at the time of payment.

IMPORTANT:  Once we have notified the buyer of the shipping tracking details, the responsibility for delivery passes SOLELY to the buyer and the shipping company. We assume no responsibility for following up or chasing deliveries once the item leaves our control.

9. LOCAL PICK UP COD: Local COD pick up is available at our ROOF RACK CITY CASTLE HILL  warehouse outlet.

Which runs off Victoria  Avenue at the Mitsubishi  Dealer. Our entrance is close to the corner of Packard and Hoyle Aves. And is at the “Kennards Storage” sign (large Orange and Blue edifice) when you drive up the driveway take the left fork and we are situated at the right hand end of the middle row of factory units.

If you wish to make a COD Pick up please book your pick up on AT LEAST 2-3 DAYS before hand as not all our listed item are stored on site and we require some notice to retrieve from storage.

11. Order processing - your order will be processed within 1-2 days of payment being received: Shipping may take AN ADDITIONAL  3-5 working days for NSW and 3-8 working days for interstate destinations
