Passes black light test. Original stamp in great condition.

This rare item has some light wear, dirt and staining, also missing corner on the flap. Besides that it is in very nice condition.Flap was glued in one spot at one time, the glued spot was the size of a fingerprint. 

       

Measures approx 15 1/8" x 5 7/8" with flap closed.
