Shipping rates      There is no extra shipping for multiple pages.  please ask for my combined shipping invoice at checkout since it might be cheaper than the default eBay one...especially for Airmail and Expedited.

SAL (economy shipping) the default shipping service. 

SAL takes about 14 to 21 days or longer.  The package flies over the sea but travels by land. SAL is not available to all locations.
