Regarding vintage electronics:
I guarantee that the item offered will arrive as described.
I take a good amount of time testing and evaluating each item and any flaws are pointed out.
There can be minor details that I can't possibly address all of and come along with
ordinary usage of an item that may be 15 to 50 years old.
We do normal type maintenance such as cleaning, changing belts, etc.
We rarely do component level repairs or testing but we check for classic signs of
items that may fail, short term, such as bulging capacitors or missing accessories, needles,
remotes etc.. everything will be shipped as shown in the pictures and described
in the body of the description portion of the listing.
Electronics age. I try to source my goods from the owners that have kept and stored the items in an
"electronics friendly" environment, a dry temperature controlled living space,
not in such places as attics, sheds, garages or under a tarp in the backyard.
I will pay a premium for this type of item
The item will be exactly as described with full disclosure to the best of my ability
Electronic components can degrade, some more than others and more so under harsh conditions
so the item may not be exactly to specifications when it left the factory.
It will be fully functional and usable as described
I 'm not just a "yard sale flipper" whose extent of testing is to turn it on and see if it lights up.
There are plenty of sellers like that, they sell items for lower prices and it's your prerogative to buy from them.

I am not a rebuilder. I test, evaluate, do some maintenance cleaning, adjustments
or belt changing even to the degree of making One good piece from two.
If I can get a little deeper, like replacing components that are easily accessible, I'll do that
and it will be part of the description. My age is getting to a point where I can't see as well as once before
and I'm not steady enough to do those component level repairs.
Items sold for Parts / Repair or As-Is are not returnable unless misrepresented inadvertently,
I'm not perfect.....It's remotely possible that I may have missed something major,
which really, very rarely happens
