15.5mph Maximum Speed
The Powerhog Advanced Commuter is capable of speeds up to 15.5mph and you can control speed using the buttons near the left handlebar grip. For example, if you're tackling a particularly nasty incline, simply press the up or down keys to increase or decrease the amount of output power to the motor, giving the extra boost you need.
UK Road Legal
Ride your E-Bike comfortably knowing that it complies with UK law allowing it to be used on the road.

13Ah Battery
The Powerhog Battery can be easily removed from the frame of the bike, so you can charge indoors without having to carry the whole e-bike inside. Charging takes between 4-6 hours.

From the floor to the lowest saddle height is 82cm / 32" and to the largest saddle height is 96cm / 38".

High Performance Components
Powerhog use only high quality parts on each E-Bike, including 9 Speed Shimano Gears, and Front and Rear Hydraulic Disc Brakes which give better performance, and are easier to maintain than traditional 'V' brakes.
Another benefit of Hydraulic Disc Brakes, is that they automatically self-adjust as they wear down, they are also generally lighter and offer finer control from the brake lever to the caliper.
Also a sprung kickstand means easy parking.
Mid drive Motor
The Powerhog Advanced Commuter benefits from having a mid mounted motor, this gives the ebike higher performance and torque when compared to a similarly powered traditional hub motor on either the front or rear wheels.
This is because a Mid Drive Motor drives the crank, instead of the wheel itself, multiplying its power and allowing it to better take advantage of the bike's existing gears.
This results in a more efficient, and incredibly smooth ride.
Aluminium Frame
The 16 inch Aluminium Frame (measured from bottom bracket shell to top of seat tube) is suitable for riders that are 160cm / 5ft 3+ and suitable for riders up to 125 KG / 19st. 6
