Bidding Policies and Procedures
First time or new bidders: If you are new to EBay or in general just need help, questions, etc., Use our Customer Service Dept: 21O~849~54O4 or
Message us through EBay’s messaging system. Payment for an item
purchased is expected immediately, but if you do need additional time
please let us know.
Payment options: EBay
generally processes all payments now regardless of which payment method
you use. Local pickup situations do allow for other alternatives; bank
to bank wire transfers, our CC Processing, Cash, Etc.
Shipping and or Local Pickup Options; Buyers can request RUSH/EXPEDITED, shipping
either with a quote from us or you can send us your own pre-paid
shipping label but are responsible for its safe delivery, insurance,
claims, etc. Our Standard Shipping is
normally FedEx/USPS ground service and items generally ship within 1-2
business days but there are items set for and needing more time to ship,
please ask if necessary. Please contact us immediately or prior to
purchase for any special shipping or pickup requests. We use EBay’s Global Shipping Program, when you do ship outside the continental USA. They handle and generate all shipping and Export/Import Fees, our shipping whether free or not only is within the USA. Local Pickup is almost always an option but by pre-arrangement, please contact us to discuss. Drop-Shipping is also fine but do let us know if the package needs to be Shipped Blind, (No Packing Slip or Invoice enclosed). Signatures Requirements are
generally on all sales starting in the $50-$100 range, a valuable item
left exposed on a doorstep is not something we want to be responsible
for or expect you to be so we pay the extra cost for that service.
Warranty & Returns Policies: New Items MAY or May NOT include the original warranty and all manufacturers have different policies, buyer is responsible to determine this. Used items are sold “as-described”. All sales are final/No Returns, regardless of being New or Used, Exceptions Include: If it is damaged in shipping or is not-as-described. Any issues involving this require immediate attention & contact (within 2-3 days) of the delivery date as well as pre-authorization and return instructions. Returns agreed upon must be received within 7 days from that date. We do stand behind every sale we make and every item we sell, so if a mistake is made, we will immediately resolve the issue, refund, return or replacement if possible, one way or the other.
