In 2016 our hearts and souls will be in Rio de Janeiro for the Summer Olympics - the largest sporting event in the world.

To mark Portugal's presence in this international competition, INCM has minted a commemorative circulation coin created by plastic artist Joana Vasconcelos, inspired by one of her most iconic works – Independent Red Heart.
