It's a beach design, two sand pails on the beach with a few seashells. The sun is rising and the ocean in background.

Feels like polyester.

It is used, one side is slightly lighter than other due to fading from sun but still has plenty of life or use the backside (last photo) has the original colors. 

There is a dark mark on top from previously hanging on the metal rod of the garden stake (stake not included).
