If you feel for some reason you cannot leave 5 Star positive feedback, please contact us BEFORE leaving feedback, so we can have an opportunity to address your concern.  

Feedback is gladly exchanged once we know you received your order & are satisfied. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a refund of original purchase price only or merchandise credit.  Shipping in either direction is not refundable unless we made a mistake or an item was defective in some way. We will then send a replacement at our expense.

You must contact us before returning an item so we can give you a return reference number to enclose with the item.
