SHIPPING
I will always ship your purchase as quickly as
possible. Usually, this means that it gets sent the same or next day. Depending
on the item you purchased I will use different shipping methods. For larger
items i always use priority mail. On items like DVD's, etc. I use media mail to
save you money. If you purchase an item from me, you can be sure I'll package
it safely and ship it out as quickly as possible. I can't be responsible for
how long the post office takes to deliver some items, example media mail.
Sometimes it's very quick and other times it's quite slow.

RETURNS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
My number one goal is to
make sure that you are very satisfied with your purchase. I ship items fast
& securely. That being said, I do make mistakes & the people who help
me do as well, unintentionally of course.
All I ask is that
you reach out to me via message before leaving any feedback. I am positive we
can find a solution for any potential problem. As my customer you always come first.

Damaged in transit
items. It?s rare, but it does happen that items are damaged during shipping. If
you receive an item that appears damaged:
Take pictures of the
box.
Take pictures of the
internal contents (item/s)
Keep the original box
and packaging
Notify us immediately.
If these steps are
followed a claim can be filed with the shipping company and we can recover the
money for the item(s).
