These alloys have just undergone a complete refurbishment and have been finished in Gloss Black with a Diamond Cut face, therefore are like new.  These wheels have not been fitted to a car since the refurb....(see pics)

These are Genuine Mercedes wheels removed from a 2018 model GLS 63 AMG.  They have the relevant stamps and part numbers to confirm this....

The front alloys are wrapped in tyres sized, 285/40/R22, i have provided further information below:
