• We have a 7 day return policy. We like to keep our customers happy so if you have any concerns please contact us as soon as possible. Returns need to include your name, Ebay Id, Ebay purchase order, contact details and a brief note explaining return, we recommend returning with tracking and insurance to avoid total loss of item.
  
  
• Items must be returned in original packaging with all instruction manuals and accessories included.
  
  
• A restocking fee of 20% is applicable for returned items. While we do offer free delivery it does come at a cost to us so if a refund is issued it will be less the cost of delivery which is dependant on your location.
  
  
• From time to time unfortunately items do get lost and damaged in transit, please do not blame us for this, we do not control the actions of the courier drivers, but instead please give us a call so we can work with you in getting it sorted out with the courier company asap.
  
  
• Most of our items are sent with couriers which includes tracking, they cannot deliver to PO Boxes, it will require a signature on arrival, if you are not home they will leave a calling card for you to arrange re-delivery, if you take too long in making contact with them they may return it back to us which will incur a re-delivery fee.
