I ship MONDAY & FRIDAY MORNINGS ONLY, on occasion some SATURDAYS. This excludes Holidays, if either one of those days fall upon a Holiday your package(s) will be shipped out on my next ship day. In order for your package to be shipped out on my ship days your purchase must be made by 8AM HOUSTON, TEXAS TIME ZONE. In the event that you purchase after my specified ship time your package will ship out on my next ship day. For example if you purchase an item Monday morning after 8am it will not be shipped until Friday morning. It is imperative that you KNOW THIS because I'm unable to get it out to you any sooner than that.

NOT ACCEPTED! I will only accept a return if I grossly misrepresent an item on my end. In the event that a return is initiated the item(s) must be in the EXACT SAME CONDITION that I sent it in or a refund WILL NOT be given. Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE & a 25% Return Fee will apply to all returned items that pass inspection. Returns that are not accepted because an item "Doesn't Fit" or "Purchased By Mistake" are NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! *DAMAGED/LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES*
It is not uncommon for your package to become lost in transit (misplaced, fallen off conveyor belt, etc) please be advised that it can happen from time to time. In the event that it occurs you will need to "File A Claim" through USPS website. This process can take up to two months in order to receive a refund so you will need to be patient as I have no control over how fast you will be reimbursed. This applies to damaged/stolen packages too. I do my absolute best to pack your item(s) so that it arrives to you in the same condition that you purchased, however, please be advised that USPS is notorious for throwing packages around which can result in damages (I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR USPS NEGLIGENCE!)
