Lots of wear, brittle pages, poor condition.  Bibliotheqe Nationale. Rare book.  It seems like parts of this book have never been read, as many of the pages didn't get cut along the top edge, so you can't open them to read them.  They could be cut easily so you could read it.  Most people will probably buy them for their collectible value or to display, rather than read them.  An amazing piece of history that is over 100 years old!
