Meaning You need to send your Board to us for repair.
We'll provide the address after you purchase this repair service.
If your Board can't be repaired, pay return S&H fees only.
(charged shipping is to ship board back to you)
Shipping fee will be refunded if we recycle your board.
In case we find a working board because a wrong diagnostic from you,
there will be a test fee of $28.00. This fee covers our administrative time,
ebay and paypal fees.
Testing the board can take quite a bit of time and effort.
The remaining portion of your purchase price (return shipping not included) will be refunded
Repair Handling time: 2-10 Business Days.
SHIPPING THE UNIT
Take extra care with packing to assure it arrives safe and undamaged.
Use a strong, over-sized corrugated carton box, bubble wrap and leave at least 2" of space
all around the unit and box.
This is a flat rate testing and repair service, we will attempt to repair any problem with the board within that price as long as the board we receive meets our requirements.
The boards we receive must be physically intact and must have not been tampered with or serviced before, except by us.
