Shipping Policy:
Our shipping rates includes the cost of shipping, handling, packaging and related manpower cost   All item will be shipping within 1 business day.  It will take 1-10 business day to receive the item.  All item will be shipped to buyers Paypal address.  Please confirm you Paypal address is correct.  We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address.  We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to wrong address.  We can’t be held responsible for additional shipping charges due to an undeliverable address.  We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for all returned items.  We Reserve the Right to Cancel an order. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Carriers. Shipping time is not guaranteed

Return & Refund:
Defective or items shipped in error must be returned within 30 days of date received.  Defective merchandise may only be exchanged for an identical item. If an identical item is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value at our discretion. You must inspect your package immediately upon receipt and notify us for any shortages (did not receive all the items listed on the packing slip that show as shipped), damages or defects.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs on non-defective items, you may be charged for the shipping plus a restocking fee up to 25% (will be deducted from refund).
If the order hasn't been shipped yet, you may cancel the order yourself or request eBay to cancel the order for you. Once an item or an order has been shipped it cannot be canceled and you will have to process a general return which will incur cancellation fees, restocking fees, additional return shipping charges plus the original shipping charges can also not be refunded. To cancel order or return a product, you must send a message on eBay.
