This nice '92 Portland-area produced card features then-Sacramento Kings star Mitch Richmond (pictured with Golden State), signed on the front in gold marker, and in excellent overall condition! After starring at Kansas State, Richmond was selected 5th overall in the 1988 NBA Draft by Golden State, quickly paying dividends as he was honored as the Rookie of the Year in 1989! Richmond saw action with the Warriors, Sacramento Kings, Washington Wizards & Los Angeles Lakers over his 14-year career, earning 6 All-Star selections  & a 1996 Olympic Gold Medal! Richmond was enshrined in the Basketball Hall of Fame in 2014!

World Class Investments was a Portland-based company, with former NBA player Kermit Washington serving as General Manager. The company teamed up with several Portland Trail Blazer players as well as other NBA stars, offering autographed trading cards and other memorabilia of each; although each card is serial-numbered to 5,000 issued, the company ceased operation before they were all signed/distributed.
