This auction is for a Vintage Blonde Painted Hair 12” GI Joe Action Figure TM-R Patent Pending 1964. Obviously will need some work as the arms are not attached to the body. There is something rattling inside the figure. The left arm may be a replacement, please note the different skin color and pins used on the arm. Figure shows a few cracks. Also shows wear.
