Fuhito FUJIMIYA Biography
Printmaker, Manga Artist
In 1994, he started making woodblock prints of cat patterns; in 2004, he started making cartoons with woodblock prints; by 2018, 300 pages of cartoons with woodblock prints had been produced. In addition, he has participated in exhibitions held in various locations in Japan, in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China, and at the Siebold House in Leiden, the Netherlands.

2005 Won the 7th Ax Manga Newcomer Award, Shinbo Minami Individual Award
2008 Selected as a Jury Recommended Work for the 12th Japan Media Arts Festival
2009 Selected as a Jury Recommendation Work for the 13th Japan Media Arts Festival
2013 Selected as a Jury Recommended Work for the 17th Japan Media Arts Festival
