This does power on and has the lights as seen in one of the pictures but did not test to see if it pulled stations.  You are buying this AS IS Untested.

Condition is used and shows wear around the case. The top front right corner has a dent in the edge as seen in the pictures. The black part around the FM ant left screw is cracked and the audio output ports show wear.  Please look at the pictures for more condition details as you are buying this AS IS in Untested condition.
