Items returned must be in ‘as-new’ condition and packaged securely in the original packaging. This means you have not used, assembled, damaged, washed or laundered any of the items. Within 3 business days of receiving your return, and subject to confirming it is in ‘as-new’ condition, and based on the reason of return, we will issue you with full refund in the form of the original payment method.
Change of mind cancellation: In case a customer cancels an order,
Before the product is shipped: full refund. After the order has been processed for delivery: please send it back to us in its original packaging. Your refund total will equal the merchandise price, less the actual shipping costs associated with both initial and return shipment.
If the ordered items are out of stock locally, we will process your order sent from overseas supplier directly to customer which is a little quicker, as the pandemic is slowing everything down. We will cover the cost of import tax/tariffs if any.
