Offered here is what I believe is a Dutch Tile.
It looks to be titled something similar to peholeum aanwoor winter 1963.
It looks like the men are pushing beer barrels on trolleys along the canal tow path .

It measures 15 Centimetres x 15 Centimetres without the wooden frame .
It is in good vintage condition .
