The selection and catalog were compiled by William Hull in 1982 and the exhibition it represents was organised by The Museum of Art , Pennsylvania State University which was held October 18 th1981 to January 24th 1982 .
Complete and Readable and all pages are present . The first 34 pageshave become detached in one section from the spine .
