Refund And Returns
As mentioned above, all our products are QC checked and will have tags applied for assurance purposes. Any issues with items being returned, MUST be raised within the timescale mentioned within the listing.
In case of returning the goods, item should be returned:
Unused, undamaged and within its original packaging
With its original tags attached
Failure to comply with the above information, will mean you will be due only a partial refund, as the item will now be classified as 'used, misused and damaged'.
If you are unsatisified due to any reasons, you must contact us first within 48 hours of receiving your item for a suitable resolution.
If you see that your parcel has signs of damage/tampering, kindly refuse the delivery.
An item being raised as faulty must have appropriate and detailed pictures attached highlighting the issue, to resolve your query appropiately and quickly.
