UP for sale is a billhead from New England Telephone & Telegraph, North Adams Exchange, Massachusetts, For use of Toll Lines and for Messenger Service. The billhead is dated August 1, 1900, and lists the calls made by E. A. Temple & Company for the month of July, 1900. 

The billhead lists "To What Place" the calls were made (and to whom the call was made), a "Remarks" column that identifies who at the Temple Company made the call, and the cost of the call, mostly less than 30 cents each.

The billhead measures about 7 x 10", and it has been folded, very good condition. Normal wrinkles, but all intact, all complete, totally readable.
