NO RETURNS ON THIS ITEM

This item was in the possession of one person for decades and used frequently. I am unsure as to the internal condition and how it really works.  

I turned it on and it is working on some channels FM did not pick up signal (i don't have antenna)  other channels seem to be working with stations being picked up. This is being sold as is with NO RETURNS.
