Key Features
All of our props are made to order in the UK at our Somerset workshop using treated* wood which is shaped and sanded to feel comfortable to hold.
Washing lines are held securely in place by the 3.5cm cut-out and can move in the wind due to the rounded base.
The props are collapsible and fold using a heavy duty adjustable metal clasp and butt hinge
making storage really easy and convenient.
These poles also come with a convenient peg bag hook and a ball joint clasp to aid folding and storage.
Our props are designed for durability and strength. With proper care and storage these items will last for many years - unlike thin metal and plastic mass produced props.
Bespoke Attributes
Our items are individually handmade from natural products and we deliberately work with the wood. This means that some props might have a slight curve or
maybe the occasional knot hole and that no 2 props will look or measure exactly the same.
*Optional Treatments (available on other listings)
None \ Natural: Pressure treated timber, shaped and sanded with a light bees wax.
Stained: Pressure treated timber treated with a golden wood preservative \ stain.
Various Colours: Pressure treated timber with at least 3 coats of exterior wood paint.
Over 20 different colours are available.

Safety
Care should be taken not to trap fingers when assembling and disassembling the props.
Ensure the prop is securely fixed to your washing line each use.
Cleaning and Usage
Clean with a damp cloth.
Store in dry place when not in use.
Do not use in very high winds.
Ensure clasp is adjusted to a firm strong join.
Do not leave the clasp too loose or over tighten.
Over time you may wish to re-sand or re-paint your wooden prop to ensure a long life.
