This jean vest is from Chico's, and it is a women's size 0.   The chest measurement is 18 inches, and it is 25" from the top of the shoulder to the bottom hem.  It is brand new with tags.  Please ask any questions, and I will ship with tracking as soon as payment is made.  Thank you~
