This is a lot of 2 sequin / bead patches. They are made to be sew on patches. These were being sold by a crafter and are new old stock. Included in the lot are:
1 Candy Cane measuring 2" x 1" 
1 Fall Leaf measures 4 1/2" x 4 1/2".
