These gear ratios and final drives can be altered upon request.


This specific gearbox comes with a High load top bearing, internal conduit oil canal and oil gallery modification. This in turn allows a more reliable, efficient and constant supply of oil to key area's within the transmission. The higher load bearing allows a higher thrust and torque load to be added to the Drivetrain.


The next step is to make the reservoir plate removable, the reason we do this is for servicing, we add security torque bolts to lock the plate in place. We can now service the chamber's this is a great for end of session servicing.


Now we add a Neodymium Magnet these free energy magnets are very strong and will be sure to stop any unwanted contaminants entering the vital components.

WORKMANSHIP:

The workmanship and attention to detail that goes into one of our gearbox builds is bar non you will not find any corners cut here. We pride our selves on our gearbox builds not only internal but external and guarantee our boxes.


All my gearboxes are built by my self by hand in house every part is scrutinized and inspected and nothing is left to chance. My gearboxes are fully reconditioned units which means all serviceable parts are replaced. I find my self more and more repairing gearboxes that have apparently been reconditioned months prior to find out that all that may have been changed is the absolute minimum or nothing at all.


All preload shims custom ground in house to a 1 micron tolerance. Gear contact mesh checked throughout with gear detailing available upon request. A properly rebuilt automotive part.

Rebuild includes full strip and cleaning of internal oiling system, with modifications to increase oil flow.


The item has been completely disassembled, cleaned and examined for wear and breakage. Worn out, missing or non-functioning components have been replaced with new or rebuilt components. It is the functional equivalent of a new part and is virtually indistinguishable from a new part. 





WARRANTY:

We'll also guarantee our work for 1 years, or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first) on fitted gearboxes, 6 months / 6,000 miles on 'take-away' units and 3 months for all auxiliary parts.





SHIPPING / LOGISTICS:

The gearbox will be shipped directly to you on a half pallet, please observe how the Gearbox is secured and fastened to the pallet. This will help you when it's time to return your old gearbox


Shipping price advertised is for a one way shipping to your desired destination, and does not include the Collection of your old gearbox. This can be arranged at an extra cost.


UK Mainland Shipping is covered in the ebay listing price. Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland post codes available at an additional cost.





SURCHARGE:

The surcharge is additional to the ebay purchase price, therefore it is required before the gearbox is shipped. The surcharge amount is £550 and maybe refundable once you're old gearbox is received.


The old gearbox needs to be unmolested and serviceable, what this means is that the gearbox needs to come complete not stripped or dismantled, and must have no holes or damage to the case.


If your gearbox is leaking oil from the case or has no drive, then its safe to say that the gearbox is most likely non serviceable. In this case the £550 surcharge will not be refundable.





EXCHANGE PROCESS:

All gearboxes are sold on a exchange basis, therefore your old gearbox is required, the exchange process is designed in away to make it more convenient for the buyer. Once the new gearbox has been received simply refrain all packaging and securing fixings, these will assist you when returning the old gearbox. The return of the old gearbox is at a cost of the buyer, it is the responsibility of the buyer to return the gearbox in a safe and secure method with the packaging provided.


The exchange process can be handled by us for an additional cost, usually the same price as the shipping to you.





DEPARTURE:

All Transmissions are bespoke and built to order, there for there can be down time before the gearbox is shipped. We aim to get most gearboxes shipped within 3 days of the purchase date.


This can increase to several weeks depending on spec and current lead times.


This can be extended considerably if the gearbox is a bespoke item and requires a build slot.
