Unique blackjack plates for snacks or finger sandwiches. 

Earliest manufactured is 1949 but most likely the 50's. Lipper & Mann shipped in from Japan and then sold in stores in USA. 

I did find a few things : gold trim paint by number 10 is worn. chip on underside of 10 card plate but does not affect how it lays on table. 

Looks like possible chip in gold trim area by number 5 as seen in photo 9.
