The toilet was filled once when originally purchased to make sure it operated correctly.

It's never been crapped in! 

This is a 2.8 gallon unit. Great for emergencies or camping. Very manageable. 

Some much larger units are difficult to empty due to weight, etc.

Other than some dust of being in storage, very clean.
