Returns

We give our customers 30 days from receipt to return products for any reason for a full refund, including initial outward post and packaging costs. Products must be unused and in original packaging. This does not include the buyers return postage costs for sending the item back to us.

If you receive damaged or an incorrect item please contact us through eBay messaging, and simply repack the item and most importantly include a cover note with your eBay user ID, 12-digit item number, your full name, address and contact number.
