However, there are instances, either as the result of rough handling in shipment or due to the delicate design of a particular bobblehead, when even the best of efforts cannot help. I will do my best to work with the buyer in these circumstances, but in the final analysis I am not responsible for such breakage unless the buyer specifically pays for insurance.
